Before That Day

Before her injury Megan was already not your typical 19 year old girl. In high school Megan had dedicated her life to varsity and select soccer, giving horseback riding lessons, running a small horse sales business, and competing on the hunter/jumper circuit. On her way to a soccer scholarship in college and pursuing a degree in Psychology, Megan hit a bump in the road. She ended up pregnant winter of her Senior year. Megan dropped her plans of taking the scholarhsip and went to a ministry program called Mercy Ministries to dedicate her life to the Lord and to become the best mother she could.

After returning from Mercy Ministries Megan had her beautiful baby girl and named her Miracle. What a Miracle she was! Megan set out to dedicate her life to ministry within and outside of the church. Megan was working, planning on going to college, and serving in the church as much as she could. She also started to horse show again and continued to pursue her dreams in horseback riding. Megan was just getting started with her plans towards ministry when the accident happened.
